This class will teach you how to integrate meditation into your existing daily rituals! like coffee, walking, wordle, napping ...leveraging what you already love & do.
Think of activities you do everyday. Maybe you walk, work out, have a seated practice, write or journal or even nap! All these activities give our minds a break from all the "doing" that goes along with "adulting" and creates an opportunity to JUST BE.
This class will turn you into a daily meditator in just 8 weeks. (yes, seriously.)

When learning how to deal with stress and calm. Its important to know how to shift out of a state of anxiety, its also important to learn experientially how you arrive there (anxiety) in the first place. An where a state of calm is for you.
